Help Management on the day-to-day running of the Montevideo office. Take care of administrative related tasks of the office. Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including office supplies. Announcing clients as necessary. - Helping maintaining workplace security. Assist with a variety of other administrative tasks including copying, taking notes and making travel plans. Answering phones in a professional manner and routing them as necessary. Assisting other Managers with administrative tasks. Perform ad-hoc adm. duties. Local/global communications to the employees.
Business administration student or similar its a plus. Prior experience as receptionist/management assistant its a plus. Consistent, professional dress and manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Competency in Microsoft applications. Good time management skills. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures. Able to contribute positively as part of a team,helping out with various tasks as required.
Monday to Friday 9 -6 pm
