Role and Responsibilities
Provide Training on Sabre products and solutions, to internal agents and Self-Service Customers.
Responsible for conducting complex instructor-led classroom and virtual classroom technical/products training courses for customers and/or employees in the application of complex situations for multiple products
Conduct virtual training for customer agents
Create detailed training programs including building training schedules and customizing training material as necessary
Prepare operating manuals, references, or training materials
Interfaces with customers and functional organizations to develop specifications for course content
Actively seeks information and learns, to ensure that at any point he/she is up to date with Sabre’s product strategy, industry trends, and disrupters relevant to our business
Additional responsibilities include participation in the maintenance of the training curriculum and assistance in the development of computer-assisted training materials
Planning - identifying customer needs and resources needed to make a successful transition
Collaborate with customers, and the account team to meet project deliverables
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum 4 years of global travel industry experience.
Advanced level of English both verbal and written
Experienced in connecting with a wide variety of audiences within and outside of Sabre and customer presentations/ Demos.
Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced with working in a matrix organization and leading a virtual distributed team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
