Sabre is looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join our team based in Zonamerica. This Semi-Senior analyst will make an impact by focusing on the FP&A side of our business.

Your responsibilities include:

Conducting financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Performing financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential business decisions

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management

Collaborating with department heads to gather and analyze financial data for budgeting purposes

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights into trends and areas for improvement

Supporting the annual budgeting process and contributing to long-term financial planning

Evaluating the financial impact of various projects and initiatives

Assisting in the preparation of management reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Providing support in financial audits and compliance reviews

Staying updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards that may impact financial planning

A successful candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required or relevant education/experience

2 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A for a U.S. company

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

Excellent communication and presentation skills, executive presence

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Knowledge of industry best practices and accounting standards

Professional level of written & verbal English skills

SAP, Hyperion/Essbase knowledge is a plus
