Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle. Working with our Citco Corporate Solutions team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Tasks and responsibilities
- You will manage registered office and board support services for a portfolio of client companies, ensuring support is delivered proactively, professionally and to the highest standard.
- You are highly responsive face-to-face, by phone and/or e-mail and you have a proactive attitude towards internal and external needs.
- You actively contribute in maintaining and expanding Citco’s business and help to maintain and improve Citco’s operational procedures.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard
- Manage the registered office requirements for your portfolio, including creation and maintenance of minute books
- Ensure statutory filing are completed in a timely and accurate manner, including liaison with local authorities as necessary
- Arrange for document execution and legalization as required
- Provide board support for your portfolio, including meeting coordination, collation and distribution of board packs, and drafting of board minutes
- Provide company secretarial support for ad hoc tasks which may be required from time to time by clients
- Proactively manage internal administration processes
Requirements
- Business/law/administration professional
- You have previous Registered Office or Board Support experience, ideally from a professional services environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good planning and time management/prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently and also to liaise with other departments
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Advanced English
