Customer Experience Specialists (English, Spanish, and Portuguese Speakers)
We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Customer Experience Team in Montevideo.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Deal with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone Perform personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided Promote available products and services to clients Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients Cooperate effectively with other departments as required Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results.
Requirements
A degree in a business-related field is required, along with client handling experience in the financial services sector, which is considered a plus. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Weekend shift availability is essential. The role demands strong multitasking abilities, exceptional organizational skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of computer literacy.
Work Modality
