Receptionist Office Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities
Organize, coordinate, and assist in the daily activities of the Montevideo office.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Manage office supplies, ensuring their availability.
Announce clients as necessary.
Answer phone calls professionally and route them accordingly.
Communicate local and global information to employees.
Assist in maintaining workplace security.
Support other managers with specific administrative tasks.
Requirements
Being a Business Administration student or similar is a plus.
Prior experience as a receptionist or management assistant is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Strong time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Ability to contribute positively as part of a team, assisting with various tasks as required.
Work Modality
Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
