Receptionist/Office Assistant

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Help Management on the day-to-day running of the Montevideo office: responsible for organizing, coordinating and assisting the office daily activities.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including office supplies.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Helping maintaining workplace security.
- Answering phones in a professional manner and routing them as necessary.
- Assisting other Managers with administrative tasks.
- Perform ad-hoc adm. duties. Local/global communications to the employees.
Requirements
- Business administration student or similar its a plus.
- Prior experience as receptionist/management assistant its a plus.
- Consistent, professional dress and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
Work Modality
Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m I On site.
