We are currently seeking a support profile in our Montevideo office to perform administrative and accounting tasks within one of our teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and produce various types of reports
• Register invoices and documents in internal systems
• Ensure data accuracy through input and control processes
• Keep systems updated
• Document work processes and identify possible efficiencies
• Follow up on contracts and general administrative tasks
• Perform reconciliations, including analysis and coordination with other teams or third parties

• Interact and collaborate effectively across departments

Requirements:

• Degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or related fields
• Strong interpersonal skills (essential)
• Valued: report writing skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using several systems simultaneously
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Good Excel skills preferred
