Portuguese - Speaking Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing Marketing Team in Latin America and help propel our brand’s social media to exciting new levels. You’ll need to be up to date on the latest social media trends and channels, as well as be able to think creatively when developing new strategies to reach our target audience, and increase their engagement with our brand. This role is varied and comes with a fair share of responsibility, as you will be involved in managing the publication of content to all social media channels; as well as brainstorming, drafting and executing the aforementioned strategies for a brand that operates globally. As part of the Marketing Team in Latin America, you will work closely with content writers and designers to provide a clear vision and detailed briefs for the company’s social media strategy.
Main Responsibilities
Design, manage, and implement the company's social media strategy.
Analyse client demographics in each region to ensure alignment with the company’s overarching vision and objectives.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends and leverage them to enhance the company’s digital presence and brand visibility Identify, explore, and introduce new social media initiatives to boost brand awareness.
Execute well-rounded campaigns aimed at increasing brand recognition and engagement across various social media platforms.
Develop content, interact with clients, and oversee the company’s social media activities Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective campaigns and analyse performance data Keep track of new platform features and functionalities, utilising them strategically to support the company’s objectives.
Stay informed on industry-specific regulations regarding content distribution on social media.
Establish timelines for campaign launches and track their performance to maximize results.
Utilize data-driven insights and forecasting techniques to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Main requirements:
Degree in Marketing or any other related field . A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies for a well-established global brand.
Demonstrated success in expanding and optimizing social media campaigns.
Strong ability to assess social media performance, identify key trends, and generate insightful reports.
Fluent Portuguese speakers with excellent oral and written skills in Spanish and English
Highly motivated and passionate, with a strong sense of integrity and a positive attitude in all situations.
Excellent time management skills, ensuring productivity in a fast-paced work environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work.
Strong team player with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic and results-driven environment.
