Knowledge and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the accounting field.
Advanced Excel skills/pivot tables.
Results Oriented. Meet deadlines on assignments.
Flexible and proactive attitude.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Independent team player with good communication skills – verbal and written in both Spanish and English.
Ability to use multiple systems at once.
Eager to learn and adapt to different teams in a fast-paced working environment.
Working experience in big 4 companies is desired
Knowledge of Alteryx and Power BI is desired
IFRS understanding
Key Responsibilities:
Management of reports of all types.
Report monthly balances with comments, explanation of variations
Provide highlights and review tax positions
Monitor transfer pricing model and margins kept in local entity
Coordinate external audit and assist with audit field work together with preparation of Financial Statements
Prepare Exposure report for Management, understand and question whether provisions are needed
Be on top of any new contracts, structures and business to assess accounting impact
Act as point of contact with upstream teams and provide support to local team
Provide support in Trial Balance preparation for reporting purposes.
Provide support on system / software developments, testing and implementation phases.
Ability to adapt to provide support in ad-hoc tasks (document support, audit requirements).
