Key responsibilities
Manage the processing of orders related to international operations and coordinate deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal (intercompany) clients.
Support the commercial team in achieving departmental objectives.
Follow guidelines, priorities, and requests set by the Head of Operations.
Requirements
Advanced level of English (required).
University degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.
Strong customer service orientation.
Organized and methodical profile, with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
Work modality
Monday to Friday, 8 hours and 45 minutes per day.
Hybrid scheme: 2 days of remote work.
