HR Specialist
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, supporting the company’s growth and contributing to the development of a strong organizational culture.
Key responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment and selection process, developing talent acquisition plans based on business needs, including CV screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding follow-up
Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments while continuously improving employee benefits and overall experience
Manage labor relations processes, including onboarding, probation periods, promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring proper documentation and up-to-date employee records
Design and enhance training programs, coordinating onboarding sessions, technical and soft skills development, collecting feedback, and optimizing training initiatives
Support management in performance evaluation processes
Prevent and manage labor conflicts, promoting a healthy work environment and addressing workplace-related issues
Organize team-building initiatives and activities that strengthen company culture
Act as a liaison with external vendors and stakeholders related to the HR function
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in HR roles within medium or large companies; experience in international environments will be considered a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields
Proven ability to independently manage recruitment and payroll processes
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure with a high level of execution
Advanced level of English

Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
