An international fiduciary company located in Zonamerica is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join its team.
About the role
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to manage a portfolio of international corporate and trust structures. This role involves supporting the incorporation, maintenance, and governance of such structures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
Key responsibilities
Administer a portfolio of companies, trusts, and related structures across offshore jurisdictions (including BVI and Cayman).
Coordinate the incorporation and formation of entities.
Maintain statutory records, registers, and corporate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documentation.
Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams.
Manage regulatory filings, annual renewals, and ongoing compliance obligations.
Support client onboarding processes, including KYC/CDD documentation.
Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to AML/CFT regulations.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of corporate actions.
Assist with ad hoc corporate transactions (e.g., share transfers, director changes, restructurings).
Requirements
Degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in a law firm, fiduciary company, or corporate services provider.
Experience with offshore jurisdictions (BVI, Cayman, or similar) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of corporate structures and governance.
Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
Advanced level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
