IT Service Desk Administrator
At Wertuly, we provide support to Broker XM clients and are currently looking for a Junior IT Service Desk Administrator to join our team.
The Role
We are seeking an energetic and passionate IT professional to provide high-quality technical support across the organization. You will be responsible for managing and resolving IT-related issues efficiently, while being part of a dynamic and challenging environment with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Install, replace and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
Install and support Windows and MacOS systems
Work with Microsoft, GSuite and cloud technologies
Assist with Windows OS and Azure Portal administration
Monitor and manage IT tickets through the internal ticketing system
Meet SLAs, KPIs and team targets
Provide guidance, support and training to internal staff
Liaise with external vendors to resolve technical issues
Requirements
BSc/MSc in Information Technology or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Proactive, organized and able to work independently
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and user support skills
Knowledge of Windows troubleshooting (MacOS is a plus)
Advanced English level
Work Modality
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00
