About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Planner to join the Essence International team.
The role will be responsible for analyzing stock, sales, purchases, and inventory across the global supply chain for a multi-brand beauty portfolio. This position will play a key role in forecasting, purchase order generation, and reporting development to support inventory optimization, sales targets, and business decision-making.
We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented professionals who are comfortable working with large datasets and transforming information into actionable insights.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze stock and sales by SKU, brand, and subclass to identify replenishment needs and inventory risks such as out-of-stock situations, excess inventory, and slow-moving stock.
Build and maintain forecasts across a 3–18-month horizon, considering seasonality, product launches, promotional activities, and market trends.
Generate and place purchase orders on a monthly/bi-monthly basis and as needed to support business demand.
Track and manage purchase orders, proformas, and invoices throughout the supply chain process.
Monitor and manage purchase budgets by brand/business group and period, ensuring alignment with wholesale targets and brand requirements.
Support bottom-up planning by developing purchase budgets and sales targets at SKU and brand level.
Develop and distribute purchase, sales, and inventory reports to support internal planning discussions and external brand reviews.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, finance, and other departments to align key business inputs and improve purchasing accuracy.
Lead item status classification reviews and recommend updates based on sales performance and other metrics.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, reporting enhancements, and planning best practices.
Develop templates and transform retailer insights into databases for reporting, analysis, and trend identification.
Requirements
Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
Intermediate to advanced English level.
Strong analytical and data-driven profile.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Ability to work with large volumes of information and reporting tools.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Work Modality
Hybrid work modality.
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
