International Sales Lead / Account Lead (Spanish-speaking Markets)

Responsabilities
1. Market Exploration: Responsible for exploring markets for products such as serum, serum-free media, and identification reagents in Latin America (e.g., Mexico, Colombia, Chile) and Spain. Analyze local market dynamics, develop targeted sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and key account development tasks.
2. Channel Management: Develop and manage relationships with distributors and key accounts in assigned regions. Establish and optimize systems for distributor management, evaluation, and training.
3. Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing department to collect market intelligence on the serum market in Spanish speaking countries, participate in international exhibitions, promote the company brand, and conduct competitor research. Other Assignments: Undertake other temporary assignments related to business operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
Advanced English, Intermediate Portuguese
Strong business acumen and expert negotiation skills. Diligent, proactive, and highly resilient under pressure.
