Intelligent Logistics Engineer

We are looking for an Intelligent Logistics Engineer to join our team in Uruguay. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and intelligent warehousing solutions across South America, acting as a key link between customers, local operations, and engineering teams based in China.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Promotion & Product Presentation: Deliver localized technical presentations on AGV and intelligent warehousing solutions to manufacturing, logistics, and industrial clients across South America, explaining product performance, technical advantages, application scenarios, and after-sales support systems.
Site Survey & Data Collection: Conduct on-site visits to prospective client facilities; systematically collect and document critical field data including site dimensions, floor load capacity, operational workflows, warehouse layouts, environmental conditions, and special operational requirements.
Solution Design & Coordination: Collaborate with engineering teams in China to develop comprehensive AGV project solutions based on local site conditions and customer needs, including equipment selection, path planning, layout design, implementation schedules, and project budgets.
Technical Drawing: Prepare layout plans, path diagrams, and technical proposal drawings using CAD and related software.
System Support & Deployment: Support AGV commissioning, deployment activities, testing, and on-site troubleshooting when required.
Regional Travel: Participate in short-term business trips across South America and other locations as needed.
Experience & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
Fluent English is required.
Portuguese will be considered a plus.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to conduct site surveys, prepare technical proposals, and support AGV implementation projects after training.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
Previous experience in AGV, robotics, warehouse automation, or industrial automation projects will be highly valued.
Working Conditions
Full-time, on-site position.
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Based in Zonamerica.
