Marketing Manager

As part of its continued growth strategy in South America, HELI is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and support business development across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Positioning & Content Strategy
Manage high-end brand operations in the South American market, producing premium Spanish-language content, benchmark case studies, and marketing materials to establish and strengthen HELI’s premium brand image.
Key Account Penetration
Focus on top-tier clients in ports, large-scale manufacturing, logistics, and other strategic industries. Drive customer engagement, expand professional networks, and support the conversion of high-value business opportunities.
Event Management
Plan and execute high-level marketing events across the region, including customer seminars, industry conferences, and executive meetings. Coordinate end-to-end event operations, VIP engagement, and business hospitality activities.
Stakeholder & Channel Development
Build and maintain relationships with chambers of commerce, industrial associations, government agencies, distributors, and key enterprise clients. Support distributors in developing premium market opportunities and generating quality leads.
Market Intelligence & Budgeting
Conduct in-depth research on the forklift and material handling industry, competitor activities, customer needs, and regional trade policies. Develop strategic market reports and manage regional marketing budgets.
Cross-Regional Collaboration
Work closely with headquarters in China and local teams across South America to ensure alignment in brand promotion, product localization, customer database development, and market share growth initiatives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language
Fluent English required.
Portuguese is considered an advantage.
Work Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing roles.
Previous experience in the forklift, heavy machinery, industrial equipment, logistics, or related sectors is strongly preferred.
Proven track record working across South American markets, particularly Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.
Experience engaging premium client segments, including large manufacturers, port operators, multinational corporations, and large-scale logistics companies.

Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns from concept through post-event evaluation.
Strong capabilities in online promotion, offline channel development, and brand management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building capabilities with distributors, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
High level of execution, resilience, adaptability, and teamwork.
Professional Knowledge
Solid understanding of marketing principles, event management, and market research methodologies.
Knowledge of industrial, logistics, or material handling markets is highly valued.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Experience with social media management tools.
Superior photo and video production and editing skills.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel frequently throughout South America.
