About the Role

At HELI, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to support the company's commercial objectives and strengthen the brand's positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's social media channels, creating content to promote the brand and strengthen its market positioning.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns, preparing materials, coordinating activities, and monitoring campaign schedules.
Design graphic content and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with the brand identity and marketing strategy.
Analyze marketing data and performance indicators, preparing regular reports with key metrics, trends, and data-driven recommendations.
Plan and coordinate promotional activities and events, managing logistics, suppliers, and on-site support to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and trends, while gaining insights into consumers and competitors.
Identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions based on data analysis.
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team and other departments to align marketing strategies with the company's overall objectives.

Requirements

University degree or technical qualification in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
Advanced English proficiency.

Work Conditions
