Reporting to the Operations Manager, the main purpose of the position is handling the commercial physical oil products operations for the company in Latam and give support to the trading dept.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Co-ordinate all logistics to execute the trade successfully, whether by ships, trucks, railcars, pipelines, or barges.
Liaise with different Contractual Operations Counterparts and third-party service companies regarding post-deal activities.
Follow up on contracts and perform administrative tasks to support the area.
Approve and control related costs.
Keep the system updated.
Co-ordinate invoice entry with Accounting.
Co-ordinate material movements with warehouses.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operations.
Check customer exposure.
Requirements
University graduates in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position (preferably in Trading or Logistic companies).
Very good level of English.
Willingness to learn.
Adaptability to different situations.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Work Modality
Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.mI Hybrid.
