About the Team:
The Concierge Support team manages calls, emails, and chats from high-value customers, ensuring a consistently excellent experience with effective, first-contact resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Selected team members will be responsible for the following key role responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (calls, emails, chats), identifying needs, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Strive for First Contact Resolution (FCR) with clear and accurate communication, upholding high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Manage multiple customer interactions effectively, maintaining productivity and professionalism while adhering to schedules and availability requirements.
Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to assist with inquiries, perform basic troubleshooting, and support upselling opportunities when appropriate.
Follow all company policies, including the Code of Conduct and confidentiality standards, and contribute to team tasks or additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
At least one year of prior experience in customer service or support roles.
Proficiency in basic computer troubleshooting.
Familiarity with contact center tools and Microsoft Office products is considered a plus.
Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and chat.
Ability to handle multiple interactions efficiently throughout the workday.
High productivity, adaptability to high-performance environments, and motivation for career growth based on results.
Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Must have flexible availability.
