The Challenge
We are looking for an Artwork Senior Coordinator to join our team on a temporary contract until February 2027, working in a hybrid modality. This role focuses on end-to-end coordination of artwork modification and update projects for pharmaceutical packaging materials, ensuring full compliance with regulatory, quality, and timeline requirements.
This is not a creative or design role, but a project and process coordination position within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end projects related to the modification and update of pharmaceutical artworks, including folding boxes, leaflets, and user guides.
Ensure all artwork changes comply with regulatory requirements, internal standards, quality guidelines, and defined timelines.
Act as the main point of contact between Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Design teams, and external partners.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and identifying risks or deviations.
Document project status, maintain accurate records, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
Adapt quickly to new regulations, priorities, and changes within an international environment.
Utilize digital tools for project management, data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Communications, Engineering, or related fields.
Fluent English, both written and verbal (mandatory).
2 to 3 years of experience in project management or process coordination roles.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong aptitude for working with IT and digital tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Customer-oriented, results-driven mindset with strong data management and analytical capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
Work Modality
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m|Hybrid.
