Team Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Media Campaign Manager to join our team. This role places a strong emphasis on building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering successful digital advertising campaigns for Sabre’s Hospitality Solutions Accounts.
Role and Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to develop digital advertising strategies that align with their business goals.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
Communicates effectively with client and internal stakeholders to gather creative and offer details. Achieve accurate and timely posting of ad banners & text.
Manages the daily operation of advertising production, ad uploads and inventory control for the account.
Follows up to ensure timely uploading and operation of ads, performs quality-control checks, and makes necessary changes to the upload.
Performs tasks to setup performance reports for each campaign.
Maintains ongoing liaison with advertisers, traffic departments of ad agencies, and the ad sales team to ensure smooth ad placement and the resolution of issues with posted ads.
Utilize existing templates provided by our designer to implement campaign creatives.
Shares management of the team’s functional email box.
Provides cover where required during vacations, sickness etc. of other team members.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both English and Spanish.
Advertising Campaign Management knowledge or equivalent.
Customer Service skills
Understanding of Hospitality industry and/or Digital Media is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer relationship management.
Strong ability for informed and customer-focused decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
Internally motivated, detail-oriented and goal driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of ad server, inventory technology would be a bonus, but training will be provided.
Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge is a plus.
Understanding of travel distribution and/or Sabre technology is a plus.
Advanced computer software skills. Microsoft Office Suite. Customer Relationship Management software a plus. Google products a plus.
